Just found out my songs Take What You Need (on Girl In The Photograph) and The Line Between (on Middle Of The Night) will be featured in the film "Shout It Out!", the film based on the teen musical The Voices Project, by and about Vermont teens. I also have a small, non-speaking role as the abused Mom of one of the teens. The film will be released in late June and will be shown in 50 towns throughout Vermont during the summer and fall of '08. For more info. visit www.kingdomcounty.com. Spent this past weekend with my good friend Juliana O'brien running a retreat at a monastery on the Maine coast for three women suffering from severe depression and anxiety disorders. It was incredibly moving to witness these women opening up their hearts and opening to the joy of being together and being by the ocean.
